GLORIFY. PROCLAIM. DISCIPLE.

First Baptist Church Woodsboro exists to glorify God through proclaiming Jesus’ perfect life, death, and resurrection for sins while discipling one another in a growing understanding of God as Lord.

Glorify—In every area of our lives we want to be a community that encourages one another to think through how we can best bring God glory.

Proclaim—We want to be about bringing God glory through sharing Jesus’ perfect life, death, and resurrection as the payment for sins.

Disciple—We do not want to settle for converts, but desire to function as a body where we experience growth in holiness.

Matthew 28:19-20  (NASB)

"19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
